Reservation Guide - Open Studio

  1. Go to the Open Studio page and scroll down to find the reservation calendar.

2. If you already have a code, select “faire valoir un bon de réduction ou un cheque-cadeau” and add your code in the box.

If you don’t have a code and want to purchase a new session, select your chosen date.

3. Enter your personal information and/or card information to finalize your purchase.

4. IMPORTANT: only book 1 session at a time! This way you will receive individual confirmation emails for each session and you will be able to reschedule individual sessions as you please. If you book more than one session at a time, the system may run into problems trying to reschedule individual sessions.

5. You’re all done! If you need to reschedule your session, click the “Modifier/annuler le réservation'' button in the booking confirmation email at least 24h before your session, and follow the prompts.
